Reservations:

Please check availability before making your deposit. 

To determine your total:  (number of nights x nightly rate x 1.7%)

50% deposit required, balance due 30 days before your arrival date.

*No pets, no guests under the age of 25, 2 night minimum stay.

In the "notes" section in PayPal, tell us which unit you would like to reserve and your check in and check out dates.

We will send a confirmation email.

Check in after 3pm, check out before 11am, no exceptions.

Cancellations:

Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival date will receive a full refund, less 3%.

No refunds for cancellations within 30 days.

Weather Cancellations:

The Hidden Pearl cannot be responsible for act of God or other weather situations beyond their control.  We suggest purchasing Travel Insurance if you are traveling during hurricane season
